2.6.1Class G – IFR flights are not permitted

DEROGATION
From the application of a Regulation/Standard to Bosnian and Herzegovinian Air Navigation Services Agency

CONDITIONS
This derogation is granted under the following conditions: Remains in force in AIP Bosnia and Herzegovina, in chapter GEN 1.7 Differences from ICAO Standards, Recommended Practices and Procedures, the published difference in relation to the requirement established in point 2.6.1, chapter 2.6 Airspace classification of ICAO Annex 11, as follows: Class G - IFR flights are not permitted.
In the same chapter of the AIP B&H, a difference will be published in relation to the requirements established in SERA.6001 (7), Section 6 of the Order on the establishment of common flight rules and operational provisions regarding services and procedures in air navigation (“Official Gazette of B&H” Number 58/23) as follows: Class G - IFR flights are not permitted.
In the same chapter of the AIP B&H, a difference will be published in relation to the requirements established in Article 10. Paragraph (1) point g) of the Rulebook on Air Traffic Services (“Official Gazette of B&H” Number 22/20) as follows: Class G - IFR flights are not permitted.

Chapter 33.4.3Runway strip decisions have been issued by the BHDCA for exemption from the application of Article 34, paragraph (3) of the Rulebook on Aerodromes (Official gazette of BIH 09/11 and 101/15) regarding the width of the runway strip:
A) Sarajevo International Airport, public company LTD, No 3-3-29-2-UP1-590-2/20 of 28/10/2020.
B) Tuzla International Airport, public company LTD, No 3-3-29-2-UP1-117-2/21 of 5/3/2021.
C) Airports of the Republic of Srpska Inc., No 3-3-29-2-UP1-64-1/21 of 19/3/2021.
Reason for the exemption/deviation: Insufficient width of the runway strip for reference Code 4 Airports.
