GEN 1.6  Summary of national regulations and international agreements/conventions

1.   GENERAL

Following is a list of civil aviation legislation, air navigation regulation, etc., in force in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is essential that anyone engaged in air operations be acquainted with the relevant regulations. Copies of these documents may be obtained from the Aeronautical Information Service (the address can be found on page GEN 3.1).
1.1   AVIATION LEGISLATION
The aviation legislation of Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of the Aviation Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BiH, No 39/09, on 19 May 2009), Law on Air Navigation Services Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH” No. 43/09 on 2 July 2009) and related regulations in accordance to these Laws.
