  AUTHORISATION / ACCEPTANCE PROCEDURE FOR SPECIALPROCEDURE
ISSUED IN AIP BIH LQSA AD 2.24.12 - 13 SPECIAL ILSx RWY11

1.  — GENERAL PROVISIONS (REF: ICAO Doc8168 OPS/611 Fifth Edd):

The use of those special procedures is only for operators of multi engine aircraft with special performance, e.g. small turn radius, increased one-engine out missed approach climb gradient and requires operator’s permission by the competent authority.
Special flight crew training is necessary.
Any deviation requires special documented process by the operator.

2.  — AUTHORISATION

The use of special procedure ILSx by domestic operators requires authorisation issued by BHDCA.
The use of special procedure ILSx by foreign operators requires authorisation issued by their respective civil aviation authorities and acceptance by BHDCA.

Applicability:

Completion of form:
Each relevant box should be completed with a tick (√) or a (X). Where form must be completed by referring to a document of applicant's documentation system, add manual reference, chapter and sub-chapter. Please ensure all applicable areas are completed.

Application:
Application together with all necessary documents shall be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the intended operations. When in the course of validity of authorization changes occur in the fleet (aircraft type, engine type, FMS type) or flight crew training or amendment of Special ILSx 12 procedures in AIP BIH, the operator shall again apply for authorization related to the amendment.

Safety analysis concerning usage of special ILSs procedure within operator’s specification operation and special approvals if apply (safety analysis must contain at least answers to the following questions: does the airplane meet the required approach/climb gradient for maximum landing weight, what is the lost of gradient during turn, does airplane meet all limitations specified on the chart i.e. is it possible for airplane to reach required altitudes at specified points regarding MLW or Performance manual, what are limitations etc)
Relevant performance data shall be submitted in a listed form, as well as copies of relevant pages of Operations manual, Aeroplane flight manual and/or Performance manual

The below signed certifies that he/she has been authorized on behalf of the Air operator and that he/she garantees that all above information to be correct and true and that aeroplanes, aeroplane system installation, continuing airworthiness of systems, minimum equipment for dispatch and approach, operating procedures and flight crew training comply with the requirements of EU-OPS
